Our journey into the world of gluten free cooking began in 2018. As big foodies when my husband and daughter were diagnosed with Coeliacs Disease I was worried I would not be able to create recipes of the same calibre as our pre-diagnosis days and I was also worried we would not enjoy pasta as much ever again (a big deal in an Italian loving family!).

I quickly learnt gluten free food can be just as delicious, if not more so, and my love of cooking and finding new ways to cook my favourite dishes became somewhat of a passion of mine!
